楼主所讲的这个提示，我从来都没有遇到过，解释办法可按2楼讲的去做，也可在无X*X界代理工具的基础使用其它入口登陆看下情况是否有改善。

可能是你直接输入IP的数字地址，点击Agree And Enter就可以进入了啊

点击Agree And Enter进入论坛主页就行了，
如果反复都这样，建议你更换另一个可用地址。
我现在用的这个http://67.220.91.23/forum/

我在国外地址栏里输入www.sexinsex.net打开时每次都显示该页面，很简单，就点击最下面的Agree And Enter就能进入论坛了。

下载防屏蔽程序
点击运行（360会说是病毒，你不用理它继续运行就可以；瑞星之类都不会有病毒的提示）
选择第二个（直接读取网页）
然后有三个地址，你选其中一个就OK了。

上面的情况我也试过。原因好像是因为那个网址被屏蔽了。

我就是用IP登录的啊，反复试也不行
